OUR RETURN POLICY

  • All eligible refunds are issued in a store credit with Social Butterfly Couture.
  • All returns must be unworn, unwashed and have all Social Butterfly Couture hangtags attached.
  • Include this return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Please allow 5-7 days for UPSP ground transportation for your package in transit.
  • Please allow our team 3-5 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
  • If you qualify for 7-Day Free Shipping Return – we will send you a label to print out and attach to your package. Please email us at info@socialbutterflycouture.com to let us know.
  • If your return is over 7 days (30 day Return Policy), it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping costs to return it. We can send you a shipping label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refund/store credit.
  • All our items are inspected by our Quality Control team when received and again before they are shipped out to customers in an effort to deliver quality products in pristine condition to our customers.
  • If you return your purchase back to us and the item is not eligible for refund (has be worn or over 30 days, etc.) we will send the item back and will deduct the cost of the shipping back to you.
