At this time, Social Butterfly Couture ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Social Butterfly Couture can also ship merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
We process orders in our boutique in the order that we receive them - this means orders that come in on a Friday after we close at 5:00pm, do not begin processing until Monday when we open at 9:00am (if you are the 10th order that comes in over the weekend, you will be the 10th order in line that we process on Monday). Once your item has been verified, your payment authorized (24-48 hours depending on your credit card/financial institution), it then begins to be processed and pulled from our warehouse. We use a Quality Control team to inspect our items before they are shipped to ensure good quality products to our customers. Each item is carefully hand packaged and a personal note card is included from our Editor because we appreciate our customers business. Our shipping team will issue you a tracking number when your item is ready to ship.
We use a variety of shipping companies who provide ground transportation and shipping prices are based on the weight of each item by USPS standards. In an effort to offer low prices shipping to our customers, please allow 2-10 business days of your items to arrive (depending on your location, many items ship can be received within a week). We are not responsible for forces of nature such as weather that can affect delays in delivery by mail, ground or air. We are not responsible for items left outside at residential or business addresses once delivered.
We highly encourage our customers to allow 2 weeks in advance of any event so we can get you the item on time. This also allows us time to resend you a different size should the first one not fit the way you want it. With that being said, we make every effort to get our items to our customers ASAP - If you have a special event and need something sooner, please contact us directly and we'll see what we can do to get your item out to you priority shipping for any additional shipping costs the customer is willing to upgrade too.
